Living Whole: Minding Your Mental Health

This is the time of year that we focus anew on our health, most notably our physical health.  How often do we think consciously about preserving our mental health.  Did you know that a study conducted by the World Health Organization, and the World Economic Forum indicates that 450 million people worldwide suffer from mental health conditions, yet only 40% actually receive treatment?
